I just got back from the UK, and Dover, NH, where I enjoyed meeting up with former colleagues. Had a great time, but still have not completed my third assignment from Susan Green's book. I have given myself a deadline of next Monday.

- I am an army brat--British army. Grew up in England, Ireland, India, Hong Kong. Two brothers and one sister. Married an American. Have three children. One died of brain tumor. Still married 48 years later. This year and last I endered an art quilt (not the same one) into local county fair and won two first place ribbons. Quite surprising! Tried to learn to paint, but ran out of money for equipment (see blog).
